Residual delays on NJ Transit after earlier tube work

Trains in and out of New York are back on schedule with residual delays after single-tracking in the Hudson River tunnel.

Trains had been delayed as long as 30 minutes.

Midtown Direct trains that were being diverted to Hoboken are also back on schedule.

PATH, New Jersey Transit buses and private carrier buses cross-honoring tickets.

The delays were due to Amtrak work in the south tube.
