Evidence hearing Thursday in Pace shooting

March 8, 2012 4:50:28 AM PST
A crucial evidence hearing will be held Thursday in the case of Danroy Henry, the Pace University football player shot and killed by a Pleasantville police officer in October of 2010.

A lawyer for Henry's family will ask a judge to release confidential 911 calls and other evidence from the scene of the shooting.

A grand jury cleared Officer Aaron Hess of wrongdoing in Henry's death.

After that ruling, a confidentiality order was placed on the evidence.

The hearing begins at 2 p.m.
