Cool hands can help you workout longer

Cooler hands may the key to keeping up with your exercise routine.

A new Stanford University study found cooling the palms of the hands while working out helped obese women exercise longer and harder.

Researchers say fat tissue insulates the body so, heavier people tend to get too hot while exercising.

They suggest holding a frozen bottle of water while working out.

As it melts, you can drink the water.
