New York City is cracking down on unlicensed taxis but is having a hard time getting all of the cabs off the street.

The Taxi and Limousine Commission has dozens of new enforcement officers, but the New York Times reports that those officers are taking so many cabs off the roads that the TLC has run out of space for them.

The lack of space has meant the commission hasn't been able to tow away as many unlicensed taxis as it would like.
