A 2-year-old boy was critically injured after being struck by an SUV in the Parkchester section of the Bronx Tuesday.

Daniel Telle was walking with an older cousin on Taylor Avenue when he ran after an ice cream truck that had just driven by.

He ran into the middle of the street and was struck around 4:40 p.m.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.

The Ford SUV that struck the child was being driven south on Taylor Avenue by a 73-year-old woman.
