Police say 33-year-old /*Ryan Beauchamp*/ surrendered after authorities identified him as the man who wrestled with 20-year-old /*Joshua Basin*/ on the tracks at the Bedford Avenue L train station.
The incident happened last Friday. Basin was struck and killed by a train.
Beauchamp apparently climbed back onto the platform and ran off.
Beauchamp is charged with Attempted Assault, and Harassment.
