Police say Quamine Taylor entered the entertainers Suffolk County home and told them he slept, ate food, drank soda and liquor inside Diddy's home. Nobody was home at the time of the alleged break-in.
An alarm had gone off in the home earlier, but when officers arrived, Taylor acted like he belonged there.
Taylor was arrested in 2001, for the same thing.
He's being held in the Suffolk County Jail on trespassing and petit larceny charges. The unemployed 30-year-old has not posted $2,000 bail.
