Suspect wanted for gunpoint rape in Queens

Police are on the lookout for a suspect who is wanted for rape in St. Albans, Queens.

On Friday morning, a 21-year-old woman was approached by a man carrying a gun while walking near the intersection of Farmers Blvd and 111th Road. She was then forced into an alley and raped.

The suspect is said to be a black male in his 20s and approximately 5'5" with a thin build. He was wearing a black Champion hoodie and a grey scarf.

The victim was taken to an area hospital where she was treated and released.
