Police investigate man's death outside Manhattan nightclub

Police are investigating the mysterious death of a man who was found bleeding outside of a Midtown club.

Someone noticed the man outside a second floor side entrance of District 36 night club on West 36th street.

The victim had blood around his mouth.

Police responding to a 911 call found him unconscious and unresponsive.

He was pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital.

The man has been identified as 27-year old Michael Lin of Queens.

The cause of death is still not known.

Detectives are trying to figure out if Lin was assaulted.
