A total of four people were shot inside a home on /*Brabant Street*/ in the /*Mariners Harbor*/ section.
The gunfire started just before 5:00 a.m. 19-year old Justin Stokes was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Three others were taken to Richmond University Medical Center. A 26-year-old victim was listed in critical condition. He was shot in the torso, police said.
A 24-year-old man with two gunshot wounds to his legs was listed in stable condition.
A 26-year-old man shot in the buttocks was also listed in stable condition.
No names have been released.
So far there are no arrests.
