Accused fare-jumper caught with concealed weapon

Two officers patrolling a subway station in Brooklyn helped catch an armed fare-jumper.

The officers witnessed two men entering the subway through the exit gate without paying their fare at the Rockaway Avenue Station Friday afternoon.

Police arrested both men without incident, and upon further investigation found a loaded .22 caliber gun concealed under his clothing.

Matt Louis, 20, is facing a weapons charge and theft of service. Arnold Riley, 23 of Manhattan, is charged with theft of service.
