The officers witnessed two men entering the subway through the exit gate without paying their fare at the /*Rockaway Avenue Station*/ Friday afternoon.
Police arrested both men without incident, and upon further investigation found a loaded .22 caliber gun concealed under his clothing.
Matt Louis, 20, is facing a weapons charge and theft of service. Arnold Riley, 23 of Manhattan, is charged with theft of service.
