Boy, 6, victim of attempted kidnapping

BRONX

The incident happened around 7:00 Friday morning in front of 4140 /*Hutchinson River Parkway*/.

According to police, the suspect approached the boy, grabbed him by the arm and told him to come with him to his house.

Another man passing by saw what was happening, intervened and the suspect took off running.

The boy was not harmed.

The suspect is described as an African-American man in his 50s, 6'2" tall with a dark complexion, thick grey and white beard and mustache, wearing a black baseball cap, green camouflage pants and black boots.
