An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested Wednesday night when he switched seats at Citi Field and refused to move.

Authorities say 30-year-old Eduardo Cornejo paid for a seat to the game, but switched to another. When security told him to move back, he allegedly said no.

He was charged with criminal trespass.

Cornejo is assigned to the 67th Precinct in Brooklyn. He joined the NYPD in 2005.
