NYPD looks for 2 suspects in subway stabbing

NEW YORK

Surveillance photos of both suspects have been released.

The incident happened just after 4 a.m. on May 20 on a Manhattan-bound E train, near the Union Turnpike station.

The 21-year-old victim became involved in a verbal dispute with the suspects, who stabbed him in the right side of his torso. The suspects then fled the train as it stopped at the station.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.

The first suspect is described as a black male, about 25 to 30 years old and 5-foot-7, with tattoos on both arms. The second suspect is also a black male about 25 to 30 years old, standing 5-foot-10 with dreadlocks.
