Occupy protesters set for trial in church break in

A dozen Occupy Wall Street protesters and clergy members are set to go on trial Monday for breaking into a church-owned lot back in December.

The protesters were marking the third month of their protests, and they had lost their base of operations in Lower Manhattan.

They allegedly tried and failed to seize control of a fenced-in lot owned by Trinity Church.
