Four good Samaritans lifted a car off of a man who was trapped in Huntington on Thursday.

Jose Rios, 47, pulled over alongside Heckscher State Park after he heard his muffler making noises. Rios then lifted his car with a jack, and went underneath to inspect the problem.

The car then fell on Rios, and he was unable to free himself. Rios then yelled for help, and the 4 good Samaritans responded by lifting the car off of Rios and pulling him to safety.

Rios was then transported to Huntington Hospital, where he is being treated with non-life threatening injuries.
