A woman reportedly got out of her car after an accident and stripped down, then walked along the freeway naked.
"We saw somebody in the road and they looked naked," said the driver who shot the video. "That's when I broke out my cell phone camera."
An off-duty police officer stopped and got traffic to slow down until more help arrived.
The woman was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
