Authorities say 49-year-old Joel Grubert, of Brooklyn, is now charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Grubert is allegedly the man caught on surveillance video who investigators say inappropriately touched a 6-year-old girl and a 9-year-old girl at a New York City Public Library branch in Flushing.
The incident happened on Saturday, June 23, at around 6:30 p.m. Grubert was arrested on Saturday.
