POUGHKEEPSIE

The driver, 22-year-old Ryan Floryan, has been charged with second degree manslaughter.

At the time of the accident, Floryan was wanted by the New York State Division of Parole for a parole violation, and had two other pending warrants, one each in the City and Town of Poughkeepsie Courts.

The names of the victims have not yet been released and a passenger who was in Floryan's car remains hospitalized.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call the City of Poughkeepsie Police Detective Division at (845) 451-4142.
