Police say 24-year-old Edgard Dubon climbed into a clothing donation bin in Darien.
But when he tried to leave, he got stuck.
Dubon reportedly called the recycling company on the bin but got no answer, so he dialed 911 for help.
The fire department had to use bolt cutters to free him.
Dubon is now out of the box, and facing charges of trespassing, larceny and criminal mischief.
