Raymond Kalenka, of Williston Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. He's to be arraigned on Wednesday.
Police say Dean Lalima of Albertson was pronounced dead at the scene following the accident at 4 a.m. Sunday in Williston Park.
Lalima, longtime host and manager of Grimaldi's Pizza in Garden City, was discovered lying at Syracuse and Broad streets.
