Borough Park, Midwood camera program stalled

A million-dollar program to install surveillance cameras in two Brooklyn neighborhoods is stalled because police worry they won't have full access to the video.

The camera program is dedicated to Leiby Kletzky, the little boy who was murdered by child predator Levi Aron.

The state-funded program would give control of the 150 cameras to an Orthodox Jewish group in Borough Park and Midwood.

Critics say the money for the program should go directly to the NYPD.
