Crane collapses onto home in Newark

A crane collapsed into a home in Newark on Thursday afternoon.

It happened around 4:05 p.m. at 267 Elwood Avenue.

A tree removal company was in the process of cutting and removing a large tree at the time.

A crane used by the company to remove a large section of tree overturned and crashed into the home.

No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
