Officers were called early Saturday morning to the lot in front of Migueleno Sports Bar at 165 Clarke Street.
When they arrived they found the body of an unidentified man in the parking lot.
Witnesses told police that a fight between approximately five individuals took place before the man was killed.
The man's body was taken to the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner where an autopsy will be performed.
