Authorities say a 17-year-old was fatally shot in the torso by a man claiming someone had stolen his DJ equipment.
The victim was part of a crowd standing outside 720 Saint Marks Avenue in Crown Heights around 1:20 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at Interfaith Medical Center.
Detectives say they know the name of the killer, but they are still looking for him.
