NYPD seek suspect in attack on woman in Queens

The NYPD is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in connection with an attempted sexual attack in Queens.

Police say the incident occurred on Aug. 25 at around 3:30 p.m.

The suspect approached a woman and began striking her in the face. Police say he told her he would stop hitting if she performed a sex act on him. The victim managed to flee and the suspect fled on his bicycle.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
