Puppy mill rescue dogs looking for homes

Dozens of rescued dogs from Midwestern puppy mills are looking for new homes on Long Island.

More than 60 puppies and dogs were saved by Animal League America.

They came from commercial breeding operations in Missouri and Kansas.

A variety of pure and mixed breeds are now available at the North Shore Animal League adoption headquarters in Port Washington.
