On board are two doctors and a nurse, offering medical care to anyone who walks in.
There are no charges and no questions asked.
Dr. Delaney Gracy is Chief Medical Officer of the children's health fund, one of the organizations working with the Mayor's office to get mobile units like this to the hardest hit areas.
So far the doctors have seen asthma patients, prescription refills, cuts and scrapes from cleaning homes
And to find out what the medical needs are on Staten Island volunteers have gone door to door asking people stuck in their homes.
Janet Glickman made it here but lost her home in Hurricane Sandy. "I've been coughing and sneezing," she said.
The city has six units like that offering services until further notice
There are mobile medical units all over town from different organizations and hospitals.
Keep in mind the doctors and nurses don't know anything about your medical history. Bring any medical records you have a list of your medications.
