Arrest made in road rage incident involving MTA bus

NEW YORK

The apparent road rage incident happened at Lexington Avenue and 116th Street around 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Alfredo Villanueva, of Manhattan, is charged with criminal mischief and auto stripping after police say he got into an argument with the driver of an M101 bus, then threw something from his car.

Villanueva and the bus driver were both apparently attempting to make a turn when they got into the verbal disupte.

The object hit the bus windshild and shattered the glass.

No injuries were reported, but the bus driver was treated for trauma.
