Police say 86-year-old Florence Phelan was last seen at her residence on Amsterdam Avenue at around 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
She is described as being 5'11" tall, weighing 150 lbs. with short white hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey sweater, green button down shirt, grey sweatpants and white sneakers.
