Police say the suspect walked into the deli on Bronxwood Avenue just before noon on January 13 and shot a 21-year-old man in the face.
The victim is in the hospital in serious condition.
The gunman, described as a black male in his 20s, standing approximately 5-foot-9 with a medium build, fled the scene. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants and black sneakers.
