Long Beach Medical Center remains closed

NEW YORK

I think it's a big problem (With the patients in the city of Long beach ) I'm in the fire department and we now have to go to South Nassau. We're losing time in certain emergencies," said Ralph Issacs.

The CEO Of Long Beach Medical Center Douglas Melzer, says they're hoping to reopen in stages starting at the end of the April.

"We're moving as quickly as we can I know the community is anxious for us to reopen," he said.
