In a bit of a haze after spending the day testifying before the Grand Jury, Dina Perez returned home exhausted and disturbed that her alleged attacker is back on the street.

21-year-old Aidan Folan was arrested Wednesday for the relentless beating of Perez ? a woman more than twice his age.

The incident happened at the 18th Avenue subway station in Borough Park in March, and was captured by surveillance cameras. Now, Folan is out on $50,000 bond.

In order for the 56-year-old victim to really express her disdain, she has to revert to her native tongue, speaking exclusively to Darla Miles of Eyewitness News.

"He is the type of person, crazy, no principles or values or nothing," says Perez, "he's an animal, and an animal returns. He will attack anyone."

The whole ordeal just amplifies the feeling of helplessness for the whole family.
