A place for artists to sell and teach in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN

The class is taught by Michelle Inciarrano and Katy Maslow at Brooklyn Artery in Ditmas Park, a shop and art space owned by Jocelyn Lucas and Susan Siegel.

Everything in the store is handmade, much of it by local artisans and artists teach their craft.

So if a pickle is in your future, you might want to take the pickle making class, where Rebeca Ames teaches about brine and you get to sample some bread and butter varieties.

They're signing up for classes, whether to make or buy. It's a great fit for the neighborhood and a place to dig into that inner artist.
