Surveillance video has been released of one of the incidents.
The suspects have reportedly hit a restaurant and parking garage in the Morris Heights area.
The security video shows the suspects barging their way into an office around 2 a.m. on April 28 and threatening an employee with a gun.
The employee complied and the suspects fled with an undetermined amount of money. There were no reported injuries.
Police say they also held up the China Wang Restaurant on May 4.
