FBI agent's car, with M4 rifle inside, found

NEW YORK

The FBI agent's 2011 Toyota Camry was stolen sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday from Sutter Avenue and 130th Street in South Ozone Park.

Inside the trunk was a Colt M-4 rifle, four loaded 20-round magazines, a green bulletproof vest with FBI written on it, a raid windbreaker jacket also with FBI written on it, a Nikon camera and a federal government issued parking plaque.

The car was found at about 4 p.m. Wednesday parked at Yellowstone Boulevard and Kessel Street in Forest Hills.

The rifle and bulletproof vest were still inside.

So far there are no arrests. The NYPD and FBI are still working to identify the person who stole the car.

The interior of the trunk was locked with a padlock and metal chain. The agent still has the key to the padlock.
