Police say two heartless crooks stole new copper plumbing from the homes of Superstorm Sandy victims on Staten Island.

Shakeen Moye was allegedly seen running out of a victim's home Wednesday morning.

Thursday night, Moye and 22-year-old Jonathan Reeves are charged with hitting four homes in Ocean Breeze including the home of a cancer survivor who's been trying to rebuild since the storm.

Police say Moye may have been behind 10 other similar burglaries on Staten Island dating all the way back to January.
