NEW YORK

According to a report by the Special Commissioner of Investigation for New York City School District, Taylor had sexual relationships with four female students from the school, including a 16-year-old. Taylor also allegedly sexually harassed four additional female students at the school.

Authorities say the sexual encounters took place in classrooms at the Business of Sports School and at motels in Manhattan, at a motel and in Taylor's car in the Bronx, at a motel and in Taylor's car in Brooklyn, and in Taylor's car in Mount Vernon in Westchester County.

Taylor resigned from his position shortly after a complaint was lodged against him. He is not eligible for employment with the City school system.

In addition to the Chancellor, the Special Commissioner of Investigation referred the findings to New York County District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. and to Kings County District Attorney Charles J. Hynes.

So far, no charges have been filed against Taylor.
