Investigators say 22-year old Devon Page is the man caught on surveillance setting a trash bin on fire in Sunnyside early Sunday.
A short time later, police believe Page set fire to an SUV owned by former city councilman Eric Gioia.
He's accused of setting a total of four rubbish fires in the areas of 49th and 50th Street and 39th Avenue.
Page is charged with five counts of arson.
There were no reports of any injuries.
