Police released surveillance video of one of the suspects holding up a deli on Myrtle Avenue in Queens earlier this month.
Investigators believe the pair has hit 28 stores since February.
In some of the incidents the suspects were seen fleeing in a minivan.
In all the incidents, the suspects, one armed with a gun, enter the locations and demand money.
There were no reported injuries.
The suspects are described as a male Hispanic, 6', 180-200 pounds, and a male Hispanic, 6', 180-190 pounds with a tattoo on his left forearm.
