Dorris Hone says she and a friend were on the ride at Coney Island when the singer showed up for a video shoot Thursday night.
Hone says she's terrified of heights, but thought she would be alright for the short ride.
She says when the pop diva showed up, the operator stopped the wheel suspending them 150-feet in the air for more than 20 minutes.
The ride resumed and Hone got down safely.
Now she says she just wants an apology.
So far, there is no comment from Beyoncé or Coney Island park officials.
