65-year old Ida Randolph and her daughter, 21-year old Jena, were found bludgeoned to death in their Valentine Avenue apartment last week.
Jena's boyfriend, 23-year old Andrew Scott, is charged with murder.
26-year old Joshua Lopez and 23-year old Brittney Austin, who lived on the victim's street, were also arrested and charged with murder and robbery.
Police say the mother and daughter were discovered Oct. 3 with trauma to their bodies.
They say the mother's hands were bound and the daughter was found naked.
