Fired Domino's workers back to work after wage battle

NEW YORK

They celebrated Thursday night outside the Domino's Pizza store in Washington Heights.

25 workers were suddenly fired over the weekend because, they say, they complained to management about being paid a lesser, "tipped" wage while they were in fact mostly performing un-tipped kitchen work.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says there is an ongoing investigation into other potential labor law violations at the restaurant.
