Another shooting at school

Bill Ritter's daily take on the news.

Another shooting on a campus, this time it's in Colorado, not far from the Columbine massacre, and one day before the one-year anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. Two students were shot, the gunman killed himself.

There are reports that since the Newtown gun massacre, there have been 18 shooting incidents at K-12 schools.

When will this gun madness end. (Ok - cue the second amendo types who still believe the right to have a gun is worth the nuttiness that ensues. I'll wait while you all exercise your Constitutional right to free speech.)

What a horrible scene to see these high schoolers at Arapahoe High walking out of school with their arms raised. Who did this, and why? We're on the story, tonight at 11. And we'll have a preview of the memorial events planned for tomorrow's 1-year anniversary of Sandy Hook, at 11.

Weather is also making news tonight, because Meteorologist Lee Goldberg says we're in for the biggest snow storm of the season so far - several inches for just about everyone, before it turns to rain and, for many, washes it all away by Sunday morning. Lee's tracking the storm, for 11.

We'll also have any breaking news of the night, plus Rob Powers with the night's sports. I hope you can join Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11, right after 20/20.
