A benefit concert was held at the Linden Seventh-day Adventist Church on 137th Avenue in Jamaica, for the search for 30-year old Teleka Patrick.
Her family says the Queens native went missing earlier this month after leaving a hotel in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she had tried to get a room. Her parents say she didn't have enough money for a room.
She took a hotel shuttle to her car, and the car was found last week 100 miles away in a ditch in Indiana.
Police say there has been no activity on her bank account or credit cards. They say Patrick's purse and cell phone were recovered from the medical center in Kalamazoo where she is a first-year resident.
Loved ones say she got a suspicious call the day before she vanished, but they don't know who it was from.
