Police say 16-year old Iquan Williams was shot in the head at a house party Saturday night at about 10:30 in front of a 1856 Prospect Place in the Brownsville section.
One other person is in critical condition at St. John's Hospital.
Community leaders are calling for immediate action from the police to find the person responsible.
