The man collapsed while jogging in the park around 1:00 p.m. on December 31. He was taken to Methodist Hospital in critical condition.
He is described as approximately 60 years old, 5'9 and 200 lbs. with brown eyes and grey hair. He was wearing blue jogging pants and jacket and size 9 1/2 black Adidas sneakers.
Anyone who can identify this man is asked to contact the NYPD.
