Chen Zhibin and Yun Wei Huang were arrested during a raid in Chinatown Wednesday.
Police say they ran the Mendi Gift Shop on Canal Street and were selling counterfeit designer goods including handbags, purses, jewelry and sunglasses.
The arrests come after a seven-month undercover sting.
