Layering your clothing during the cold temperatures is very important for your health on top of staying warm.

1. Start with a snug wicking fabric like long johns

2. Add layers like Fleece to trap warm air, Avoid Cotton

3. Cover your Head AND YOUR NECK

4. Waterproof is important in Snow but Less Important in Cold

5. 650 to 800 count Down Coats are the warmest

6. Look for coats that have a windflap over the zipper

7. Mittens over your Gloves for the warmest hands
