4 accused of using fake credit cards at Long Island Targets

WESTBURY

Nassau County police say a store employee recognized two of the men as having made purchases in the past using fake credit cards. Police say the two were buying electronics at a Westbury Target on Sunday using different credit cards.

Police responded and observed them in a car with two other men.

They say the suspects had several thousand dollars worth of stolen merchandise from Target stores in Westbury and Valley Stream.

Numerous fraudulent credit cards also were recovered.

The defendants face charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
